EU Right of Withdrawal

This page applies to eligible customers located in the European Union.

If you are an eligible EU customer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the EU Withdrawal Request option on our website.

You may also contact us at scriptedhours@gmail.com, but the EU Withdrawal Request option is the preferred way to submit your request so we can process it correctly.

Please include your full name, email address, order number, the item or items you would like to withdraw from, and a clear statement that you would like to withdraw from your purchase.

You do not need to give a reason for your withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Because Scripted Hours products are small paper goods made for planners and journals, please handle items carefully while deciding whether to keep them. We cannot accept returned items that have been used, damaged after delivery, written on, peeled, cut, altered, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, missing, or damaged item.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is unused and in its original condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Where required by applicable EU consumer law, the refund will include the item price and the standard original shipping cost.

Upgraded shipping costs, express shipping, gift wrapping, or other optional paid services may not be refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us at scriptedhours@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.

Custom or Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for withdrawal unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty.
