Shipping & Refunds

Orders ship from South Carolina, USA. Current processing times are displayed in the banner at the top of the website.

Once an order has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider and local postal system.

Shipping Information

 

Untracked Letter Mail

Small and lightweight orders may ship via standard USPS letter mail. This option does not include door-to-door tracking updates once the order has been mailed.

Letter mail is offered to keep shipping affordable for small stationery orders and is available only for orders under a certain weight limit. If an order exceeds this limit, shipping will automatically default to a tracked package service at checkout.

Because this shipping method does not include tracking, Scripted Hours cannot monitor delivery and is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered once they have been accepted by the postal service. Orders shipped via untracked letter mail are not eligible for refunds if they are lost in transit.

Customers who prefer delivery confirmation and tracking updates should select a tracked shipping option at checkout.


Tracked Package

 

Domestic (United States)

Tracked shipping is sent as a USPS package service and includes tracking updates through the carrier. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.


International

Tracked international shipping is sent as a parcel service that includes tracking updates when available. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once the order ships.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal conditions, and may take several weeks.

Please note that international shipments may take longer than expected due to customs inspections or local postal delays, and it is not uncommon for delivery to take several weeks depending on the destination country.

We currently ship to countries serviced by PirateShip. If PirateShip is not shipping to your country at the time of your order, checkout will not be available for that destination. You can check the list of countries here.


Customs, Duties, and VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

At the moment, Scripted Hours does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot estimate or control them. Any customs fees or import taxes required by the destination country must be paid by the recipient before delivery.

We're working hard to ensure a more smooth shipping experience for our international customers.

 

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Scripted Hours is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal service and local customs authorities. Scripted Hours is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other postal service disruptions.

While we are not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed to the carrier, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve any issues when possible.

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because Scripted Hours products are small paper goods made for planners and journals, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

If something is wrong with your order such as a damaged item, missing item, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will always do our best to make things right.

If you would like to return an item for another reason (for example ordering the wrong product), the item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, the item price will be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
